SampleJet
The Bruker SampleJet operated by IconNMR in Topspin offers a powerful tool for automation in service driven spectroscopy. The temperature controlled box with the sample holding carousel is installed on the shielded 800 MHz US2 magnet. The carousel has five positions for holding NMR tube racks with a maximum of 96 samples transferred by a robotic arm to the magnet. A total of 480 samples can be handled by automation and has been employed in routine drug screening and metabolomics at the center.
