Dr. Battaile was for the past 15 years a Research Scientist at the Industrial Macromolecular Crystallography Association Collaborative Access Team (IMCA CAT) at the Advanced Photon Source (APS) of Argonne National Laboratory. He received his PhD. In Biomedical Sciences -Molecular Biology at the Mayo Graduate School in Rochester, MN and his B.S. in Microbiology from Oregon State University. Kevin is a very accomplished beamline scientist with over 80 peer-reviewed publications and over 175 Protein Data Bank deposits to his credit. We are delighted that he has joined us; he will be a key member of the NYX team at the National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II) of Brookhaven National Laboratory.
